Support Visual Studio 2022 with 64-bit plugin

AccuRev Visual Studio plug-in 2024.1 now supports Visual Studio 2022 with 64-bit plug-in.

Customer issue fixes

• 134161 - Support of Visual Studio version 2022 by the Accurev Visual Studio plug-in

  Customer request to support Visual Studio 2022 with 64-bit plug-in.

• 134070 - Accurev VS Plugin crashes VS 2019 when trying to enter a custom diff tool

  Araxis custom string problem in the diff or merge field in Visual Studio. The problem is that the following command string which works in AccuRev GUI does not work within the VS plugin "C:\Program Files\Araxis\Araxis Merge\compare.exe" %1% %2%”. Many different versions of this string were attempted, and they all failed.
