This topic lists the Eclipse IDE versions supported by the AccuRev Eclipse plug-in. It also lists additional prerequisites.

Supported Eclipse versions: AccuRev plug-in

The AccuRev Plug-In for Eclipse supports the following versions of Eclipse:

We recommend Java 2 Runtime Environment 5.0 and higher. Versions 1.4.2 and higher are supported.

The Git plug-in bundled with the AccuRev plug-in for Eclipse supports the following versions of Eclipse:

    Note:

  • Eclipse version 4.22 has been tested with the Accurev Eclipse plug-in 2021.1 using the M2 package.

  • Eclipse version 4.16 and earlier should use the AccuRev Eclipse plug-in 2019.2.

Prerequisites

Make sure the following prerequisites are met:

  • Eclipse IDE must be updated with EGit-Git integrations for Eclipse from the marketplace. Even though 4.17, 4.18, 4.19, 4.20, 4.21,4.22 (M2 Package) of Eclipse comes bundled with the dependencies of EGit-Git integrations, it is required to have it updated.

  • AccuRev 7.2 client or above.

  • Git version should be 2.31.x or above.
