Searches the defect summaries for similarities to this defect.

SimilarityRatio
Specifies the similarity ratio (0-100).
Return Type
A FactoryList of Bug objects.

The list created by FindSimilarBugs is cached. To retrieve data that may have changed, dispose of the list and create a new one.
