Customers Page
This page enables you to view, manage, and define new customers, and manage the relations between them.
Note: Options on this page can vary according to the permission level.
Customers Pane
This pane enables you to view the current customer. Owner customers can create, activate, deactivate, and delete end customers.
User interface elements are described below (unlabeled elements are shown in angle brackets):

New Owner. Opens the New Owner dialog box, enabling you to define a new owner customer. |

New End Customer. Opens the New Customer dialog box, enabling you to define a new customer. Available for: Owner customers |

Activate. Activates the selected customer. Available for: Owner customers. |

Deactivate. Deactivates the selected customer. Available for: Owner customers. |

Delete. Deletes the selected customer. Note: You cannot delete a customer that owns projects or end customers. Available for: Owner customers. |
<customer list> | Displays the current end customer name, or the owner customer name with a list of its end customers. |
Attributes Tab
This tab enables you to view information about the customer and add recipients to the SaaS notification system.
Note: The recipients do not need to be registered ALM users.

Saves any changes made in the Attributes tab. |
Name | The customer name. |
Tenant ID | The ID number. |
Status |
The customer status. The status can be active or inactive. If a customer is inactive:

Number of Domains |
The number of domains the customer currently has. |
Number of Projects | The number of projects belonging to the customer. |
Number of Users | The number of customer users that are currently defined in the system. |
Global Search User | Select the relevant Global Search user. |

Opens the New Recipient dialog box, enabling you to add a new recipient to the SaaS notification system. In the fields, type the recipient name and at least one email address. Click OK. The new recipient is displayed in the table. |

Opens the Edit Recipient dialog box, enabling you to edit the existing recipient's email details. In the fields, edit the email address(es) of the recipient. Click OK. The updated email address is displayed in the table. |

Opens the Delete Recipient dialog box, enabling you to remove a recipient from the SaaS notification system. Click OK to delete the selected recipient. The recipient is no longer displayed in the table. |
Recipient Name | The name of the recipient. |
Email Addresses | The email addresses of the recipient. |
License Tab
This tab enables you to view license information and license limits for your project and all of ALM.
Note:
- The license value in any of the end customer's fields cannot exceed the corresponding value of its owner customer.
- License data is read only for an end customer. License data can be edited only by an owner customer or by the ALM add-on.
- When a LoadRunner Enterprise license is enabled, it cannot be disabled or removed from the database.

The number of projects limited to this customer. Note: If the value 0 is given, the customer can have an unlimited number of projects. |
