Details - Analysis and Dashboard

This section describes the what you can view from the Details screen of an analysis item, a dashboard page, and a dashboard folder.

Details of an analysis item

To access the details of an analysis item, on the ALM sidebar, under Dashboard, select Analysis View, and select an item.

UI Elements

Description
Entity

The data set sampled by the analysis item.
Type

The analysis item type.
Sub Type

The type of graph.
Name

The tree display name of the analysis item.

In graphs, the default title displayed above the graph.
Last Modified

The date and time on which the analysis item was last modified.
Modified By

The user who last modified the analysis item.
Owner

The user that created the analysis item. Permissions to modify public items may be limited to the owner only.

Details of a dashboard page

To access the details of an analysis item,

  1. On the ALM sidebar, under Dashboard, select Dashboard View, and select a dashboard page.
  2. (Required if the dashboard is displayed in the Standard mode) Click the Details icon .

UI Elements

Description
Name

The tree display name of the dashboard page.
Last Modified

The date and time on which the dashboard page was last modified.
Modified By

The user who last modified the dashboard page.
Owner

The user that created the dashboard page. Permissions to modify public items may be limited to the owner only.
Title

The title displayed in the header of the dashboard page.

Available only if the dashboard is displayed in the Classic mode.

If the dashboard is displayed in the Standard mode, to change the dashboard title, click the edit icon next to the dashboard title.
Description

Adds a description for the dashboard page.

It displays a toolbar for formatting the text.

Details of a dashboard folder

To access the details of a dashboard folder, on the ALM sidebar, under Dashboard, select Dashboard View, and select a folder.

Description
Name

The tree display name of the dashboard folder.
Owner

The user that created the dashboard folder. Permissions to modify public items may be limited to the owner only.
