Add Project Wizard
This wizard enables you to create a new project. You can create an empty project, a project from a template, or copy data from an existing project into a new project.
Select the Projects bar, and click Add Project .
Chose Type Page
This wizard page enables you to select how you want to create your project.
User interface elements are described below:

Create an empty project | Creates a project that contains no data. |
Create a project from a template |
Creates a project by copying the customization of an existing template project, but without copying any project data from the template project. |
Create a project by copying data from an existing project |
Creates a new project by copying the contents of an existing project. Note: If you copy a version control enabled project, the new project is created with version control enabled. Version history is also copied. |
Chose Template Page
This wizard page enables you to select a template from which you want to create you project.

This wizard page enables you to copy customization, or part of a customization, from a source project.

Add DetailsPage
This wizard page enables you to configure settings for the new project.
Note: Enabling LoadRunner Enterprise Project Extension is only available when creating an empty project. In the case of creating a project or template which already has LoadRunner Enterprise extension enabled, the new project will by default also have the LoadRunner Enterprise project extension enabled.

Select the domain in which you want to place your project. |
Activate Project |
Activates your project upon creation. |
Create a Version Control database | Creates a version control database for your project upon creation. |
Enable LoadRunner Enterprise - Project Extension |
Enables LoadRunner Enterprise project extension for your project upon creation.
Note: This option is available for empty projects only. |
Link the new project to template: <template> |
Links the new project to the template that the project you copied data from is under.
Note: This option is available when creating a project by copying data from an existing project. |
Click Finish to create the project. Note: Creating the project might take some time and the system notifies you by e-mail once the process is complete. Although you might see the project in the project tree before you receive the e-mail, do not work on the project until you receive the completion e-mail. |
