Authentication Page

This page enables you to manage your customer's authentication policies

Note: This page is available to all users and administrators who have role management permissions.

Saves the policy.

Opens the Create Policy Name dialog box, enabling you to create a new policy and provide it with a name. Click OK. The new policy is displayed in the Policies pane.

To define your policy, select one or more of the checkboxes under Restrictions, and edit the values.

Opens the Clone Policy Name dialog box, enabling you to clone an existing policy and provide it with a name. The new (cloned) policy appears in the Policies pane.

Select the new policy, and in the Details pane, select any one or more of the checkboxes under Restrictions, and edit the values. By default, the cloned policy has the same restrictions as the policy it was cloned from.

Opens the Delete Policy dialog box, enabling you to delete the selected policy.

If no user is associated with the policy, the Policy Deleted Successfully dialog box opens, and the policy is removed from the Policies pane.

If one or more users are associated with the policy, the Error Occurred dialog box opens, and the policy is not removed from the Policies pane.

Opens the Set Default Policy dialog box, enabling you to set the selected policy as the default policy. By default, new users created for this customer are assigned with this policy.
Opens the Assign Policy To All Customer Users dialog box, enabling you to assign the selected policy to all customer users. Click OK. The Policy Assigned Successfully dialog box opens, and you can verify the change in the Authentication Policy column on the "User Management Page".
Policies

Lists the policy names.

Note: The policy with the green check-mark is the Default Policy.

Details Displays the selected policy in the Name field. Under Restrictions, there is a list of all the conditions needed for a valid user name and password for the selected policy.
