User Projects Dialog Box

This dialog box enables you to view which projects a user is associated with. You can associate users with additional projects and remove users' relations to projects.

To access: User Management page > <lower pane> > User Projects

User interface elements are described below:

Opens the Add Projects dialog box, enabling you to select one or more projects from the project tree.

Click Add. The Operation Complete box opens, displaying the domain and project names, status, a completion message, and an Export to CSV button. The project and its domain are now displayed in the table (in the User Projects dialog box).

Click Export to CSV to place the added projects and their domains in a .csv Excel file:

  • Windows Internet Explorer: Opens the File Download dialog box, enabling you to export the table to a .csv file.
  • Firefox: Opens the Opening pcReport.csv dialog box. Open with Excel or any other editor (like Notepad++) to export the table to a .csv file.

Removes the relation between the user and the project selected in the table. The Operation Complete box opens, displaying the domain and project names, status, and completion message. The project and its domain are no longer displayed in the table in the Add Projects dialog box. The user is no longer associated with the project and cannot access it.
Domain Lists the domains in which the projects associated with the user are located.
Project Lists the projects that are associated with the user.
