Snapshot Tab

This tab enables you to attach an image associated with the business component.

To access

From the Business Components module, click the Snapshot tab.
Important information

  • You can view the image that you attach or load in the Snapshot tab in the Test Script tab of the Test Plan module by clicking the relevant thumbnail image. Viewing the sequence of these images can help you to better understand the business process test or flow.

  • The image can also be viewed or replaced in the Business Component Settings dialog box in UFT One.

  • You can capture and attach an image associated with the business component using the Snapshot dialog box, or you can load a previously saved.png,.jpg, .gif, or .bmp image from your local drive.

  • Only one image can be attached to a business component.

UI Element

Description

Snapshot. Opens the Snapshot dialog box. For user interface details, see the ALM help: Capture snapshots of your application.

Load from File. Enables you to load a previously saved .png, .jpg, .gif, or .bmp file containing the snapshot using the Select Snapshot dialog box.

Delete. Deletes the currently attached snapshot.
