The Libraries tab displays the entities available in the Libraries module and their corresponding permission levels. The entities are listed below in alphabetical order.

Baseline > Create |
User group can create baselines for libraries. Note: Selecting this option also selects Baseline > Update. |

Baseline > Delete |
User group can delete baselines. To ensure that only the owner of the baseline can delete a baseline, select By Owner Only. Note: Clearing this option also clears Library > Delete and Library folder > Delete. |

Baseline > Update |
User group can modify baselines. This permission level enables you to specify the fields that the selected user group can modify. To ensure that only the owner of the baseline can modify the fields, select By Owner Only. Note: Clearing this option also clears Baseline > Create. |

Library > Compare libraries and baselines |
User group can compare libraries and baselines in the libraries tree. To ensure that only the owner of the library can compare libraries and baselines, select By Owner Only. Note: Clearing this option also clears Library > Synchronize library to baseline. |

Library > Create |
User group can add libraries to library folders in the libraries tree. Note: Selecting this option also selects Library > Update. |

Library > Delete |
User group can delete libraries from the libraries tree. To ensure that only the owner of the library can delete a library, select By Owner Only. Note: Selecting this option also selects Baseline > Delete. Clearing this option also clears Library folder > Delete. |

Library > Import Library |
User group can import a library to the libraries tree. To ensure that only the owner of the library can import a library, select By Owner Only. |

Library > Move library |
User group can move libraries to different library folders in the libraries tree. To ensure that only the owner of the library can move a library, select By Owner Only. |

Library > Synchronize library to baseline |
User group can synchronize libraries in the libraries tree. To ensure that only the owner of the library can synchronize the library to a baseline, select By Owner Only. Note: Selecting this option also selects Library > Compare libraries and baselines. |

Library > Update |
User group can modify libraries in library folders. This permission level enables you to specify the fields that the selected user group can modify. To ensure that only the owner of the library can update the fields, select By Owner Only. Note: Clearing this option also clears Library > Create. |

Library folder > Create |
User group can add library folders to the libraries tree. Note: Selecting this option also selects Library Folder > Update. |

Library folder > Delete |
User group can delete library folders. Note: Selecting this option also selects Library > Delete and Baseline > Delete. |
