Customize entity grid

You can do the following customize the display of an entity grid:

Note: This is available for the Requirements (Grid view only), Test Runs, and Defects modules.

Action Description
Move columns Drag and drop a selected column to a target location.
Resize columns Put your cursor on the column separator, and click and drag the cursor leftwards or rightwards.
Sort by a column Click a column header to sort the defects form by the column.
Show or hide columns

Click Select Columns to select the columns to show.

  • The Defect ID column is always shown and cannot be hidden.

  • To show or hide all columns, turn on or off the switch next to the Search box.

  • You can also relocate a column by dragging and dropping it in the Select Columns window.
