DefaultRes

This function is used to determine the default return value for OpenText Application Quality Management functions, such as FieldCanChange. All OpenText Application Quality Management workflow functions call this function (unless explicitly omitted by user) to determine the default return value. DefaultRes can be used to quickly replace the default return values of all ALM workflow functions.
