Smart Card external authentication

The following OpenText Application Quality Management components and features are not supported with Smart Card external authentication:

  • ALI

  • Analysis items sharing

  • Enterprise Collaboration for ALM

  • ALM Explorer

  • ALM Lab Service

  • ALM Synchronizer

  • Enterprise Integration Module for SAP Solution Manager

  • Service Test Management

  • Lab Server-Side Execution

  • MicroSoft Excel add-in

  • OpenText Enterprise Performance Engineering host over cloud

  • Service Virtualization

  • Sprinter (Not supported in releases prior to Sprinter 12.52)

  • TaskTop

  • Workflow - you cannot connect as another user via workflow

SSO external authentication

The following OpenText Application Quality Management components and features are not supported with SSO external authentication:

  • ALI
