Update VDirProperties Step

This step sets properties on a virtual directory.

Required properties:

Property	Description
VDir Offset	The offset from the website path to the virtual directory. For example, with a virtual directory named test, the value is /root/test. The default virtual directory is /root.

Optional properties:

Property	Description
Website	The website name.
Parameters	A newline-separated list of parameters to be set using the syntax name=value. Note: The equals sign (=) is not valid as part of the name
