Uninstall servers

This topic provides instructions on how to uninstall your Deployment Automation server on Windows or UNIX/Linux. Select your platform to view the details.

To uninstall server on Windows:

  1. As a local system user, run the interactive installer for the same product version that you have installed:

    Windows 64-bit: MicroFocusDA-Server64.exe

    The installer detects an existing installation.

  2. Select the option to uninstall and follow the prompts to complete the uninstall process.

To uninstall server on UNIX/Linux:

  1. Navigate to the _uninst directory, for example:

    /opt/microfocus/da/_uninst

  2. As a user with root privileges, run the following uninstaller:

    uninstaller.bin

  3. Follow the prompts to complete the uninstall process.
