createGlobalEnvironment

Creates a new global environment.

Use the following format:

da-client [global-args...] [global-flags...] 
createGlobalEnvironment [args...]

Apply the following arguments:

Argument Description 
-name, --name
 (Required) Name of the new global environment. 
-description, --description
 (Optional) Description of the new global environment. 
-color, --color
 (Required) Color indicator for the new global environment.
