Makes a global environment inactive.

Use the following format:

da-client [global-args...] [global-flags...] 
inactivateGlobalEnvironment [args...]

Apply the following arguments:

-globalEnvironment, --globalEnvironment
 (Required) Name or ID of the global environment to inactivate.
