Step 6: Add a component to an application

Prerequisite: Step 5: Create an application

This step explains how to associate the helloWorld component with the application you created earlier.

To add the helloWorld component to the application:

1. Under helloWorld_app, select the Components tab.

2. Click Add Component. The Adding Components dialog box opens.

3. Select helloWorld and then click Add. The helloWorld component is now displayed in the list of application components.
