Manage requests in the Eclipse IDE

You can work with requests from multiple request providers in the Dimensions CM for Eclipse IDE.

To work with external and native requests in Eclipse:

  1. From the Dimensions menu, select Dimensions CM Explorer.
  2. Log in to a Dimensions CM repository or add a new connection.
  3. (Optional) To change the default project/stream, right-click the Dimensions CM connection and select Properties. For details, see Set a default project/stream.

If your Eclipse workspace doesn't share projects with Dimensions CM, the Request view displays pending requests from all the providers mapped to the default project/stream.
