Modify or delete reports
You can modify or delete existing reports. You can also create a report based on an existing one using Report Builder.
Modify a report
You can change the options or reporting criteria of an existing report.
To modify a report:

In the web client, select the Reports tab.

In the navigation pane, select the appropriate object class folder, such as Items, Requests, Projects/Streams, or Baselines.
Optionally, expand the folder and select the report category, such as Favorite Reports, My Reports, or Public Reports.

Select a report in the content pane of the Reports tab. Click Modify Report
in the toolbar. The Report Builder dialog box opens.

In the Edit tab, modify the fields, as described in Create a report.

To create a new report based on an existing report, in the Report Name field, enter a new name. Then modify the fields in the Edit tab, as described in Create a report.
Delete reports
You can remove reports from the Dimensions CM web client.
To delete one or more reports:

In the web client, select the Reports tab.

In the navigation pane, select the appropriate object class folder, such as Items, Requests, Projects/Streams, or Baselines.
Optionally, expand the folder and select the category of report, such as Favorite Reports, My Reports, or Public Reports.

In the content pane, select one or more client reports.

Click Delete
.

Click Yes to confirm.
