Update work area from project

Update from a project when you want to update files or folders in your work area with item revisions from the OpenText Dimensions CM repository.

PRIVILEGES: Revise Item Content.

To update file from a project:

  1. Do one of the following:

    • In an Items list, select one or more items and select Item > Update.

    • In the My Current Project/Stream window, expand the Files and Folders node and select the folder from which the files are to be updated and select Project > Update.

  2. Use the Update wizard to update the items and resolve any conflicts. For details, see Updating Work Areas from Streams.
