Action Multiple Items dialog box

Use this dialog box to move multiple items to a new lifecycle state.

If the items are being actioned to a lifecycle state that is associated with a stage in the Global Stage Lifecycle, they are also promoted to that stage. If there are any default areas associated with the project/stream, the item files are automatically deployed to those areas.

General tab

Field	Description
Multiple Action	The specification of the selected items. Click an item to clear it.
New Status	The next lifecycle state to action the items to. Leave this field empty to move items to the next common lifecycle state.
Action Description	Enter a comment to describe this action.
