Filter requests
Filter requests to display requests that you updated last. Create filters to limit the list of displayed requests based on specified criteria.
If you use requests from other request providers, see Create request filters.
Filter requests
You can filter the list of requests displayed in the web client's Requests view.
To filter requests:

In the web client, open the Requests view.

In the content pane, from the Filter list, select from the following options:

To view all requests, select All requests.

To view only requests that you updated last, select Last Updated by Me.

To use a filter you previously defined, select the filter.

Create a request filter
Create a filter to include requests based on your filtering criteria.
To create a filter for requests:

In the web client, open the Requests view.

In the content pane, from the Filter list, select New Filter.
If you're using requests from multiple providers, select New OpenText Dimensions CM Filter.
The New Request Filter dialog box opens.

O the General tab, for Filter Name, enter a name for the filter.

Enter or select filtering values in the other fields.

To filter based on user-defined attributes, from the Type Name list, select a request. Then select the Attributes tab and enter or select values.

Click OK.
Edit a request filter
You can modify existing OpenText Dimensions CM request filters.
To edit a filter:

In the web client, open the Requests view.

In the content pane, from the Filter list, select the filter to edit.

From the Filter list, select Edit Current Filter.

To create a new filter based on the current filter, for Filter Name, enter a new name.

Edit, select, or enter filtering values.

To filter based on user-defined attributes, from the Type Name list, select a request. Then select the Attributes tab and enter or select values.

Click OK.
Delete a request filter
You can delete requests filters that you created.
To delete a filter:

In the web client, open the Requests view.

In the content pane, from the Filter list, select a filter.

From the Filter list, select Delete Current Filter.
