Run the installer

Run the installer from a DVD

1. Log in as a user with local administrative privileges and insert the DVD into the drive.

   If the HTML installation front end does not automatically start, do one of the following:

   • Right-click the DVD icon and select AutoPlay.

   • Run the appropriate file from the DVD drive.

2. Select Click here >>.

3. Select the component you want to install.

Run the installer from a download

1. Download the installation files from Support. There are separate files for server, agent, and client.
2. Unzip the files.
3. Log in as a user with local administrative privileges.

4. Run the appropriate installer.

   Important: Check that the folder common was extracted to the same location as the installers.
