Options tab (Merge Conflicting Item Revisions)

Use the Options tab of the Merge Conflicting Item Revisions dialog box to add additional information to the new revision.

Field	Description	Rules and guidelines
Request ID	Enter a request ID, or click the Browse button to find a request.	The request specification has the following format: productID_changedocType_ number
Status	Select a status for the merged item.
Expand Substitution Variables	Enable item header substitution.	For more information, see Options tab (Merge Conflicting Item Revisions).
Automatic Merge	Automatically merge nonconflicting items.
Reason for Item Merge	Enter a brief description of the merge.
