Hardware

ALM Octane has the following hardware requirements:

1 load balancing component (load balancer or reverse proxy) to enable clustering

Virtual machines

VMware or any virtual machine is supported, provided it has dedicated resources.

Note: For performance purposes, we recommend that the database and ALM Octane server both reside within the same LAN.
