Monitor types

All of the monitors allow you to view a summary of the collected data at the conclusion of the run. Using Analysis, you can generate a graph for any of the monitors. For more information, see Analysis graphs.

The online monitors are divided into the following categories:

Runtime
Displays the number and status of Vusers participating in the scenario, as well as the number and types of errors that the Vusers generate. For more information, see Runtime and Transaction monitoring.
Transaction
Displays the transaction rate and response times. For more information, see Runtime and Transaction monitoring.
Web Resource
Provides information about the number of web connections, throughput volume, HTTP responses, server retries, and downloaded pages at the web servers during the scenario run. For more information, see Web Resource monitors.
Client-Side Measurement

Provides statistics from TruClient on the client-side behavior and user experience. For more information, see Client-side measurement graphs.

System Resource
Measures the Windows, UNIX, Server, and SNMP resources used during a scenario run. For more information, see System resource monitoring.
Network
Displays information about the network delays on your system. For more information, see Network Delay monitoring.
Web Server Resource
Measure statistics related to the Microsoft IIS and Apache Web servers during the scenario run. For more information, see Web Server Resource monitoring.
Web Application Server
Measures statistics related to the Microsoft ASP application servers during the scenario run. For more information, see Web Application Server monitoring.
Database Server Resource
Measures statistics related to Oracle and SQL Server databases during the scenario run. For more information, see Database Server Resource monitoring.
MQTT Statistic Measures statistics related to MQTT messages, throughput, and connections during a scenario run. For more information, see MQTT Statistics monitoring.
Streaming State Statistics

Monitors statistics about streaming videos during a scenario run. For more information, see Streaming State Statistics monitoring.

TruClient Native Mobile
Provides information about CPU utilization, free memory on the device, and memory consumption for TruClient Native Mobile Vusers. For information, see TruClient - Native Mobile graphsor go to the TruClient Help Center (select the relevant version).
Network Virtualization
Measures statistics related to network virtualization, such as Packet Loss and Latency. For information, see Network virtualization monitoring.
SiteScope
Use the SiteScope monitor and its counters to measure resources. For information, see the documentation provided with SiteScope.
Dynatrace

Provides information from the Dynatrace AppMon and the Dynatrace SaaS / Managed server about monitored applications. For more information, see Dynatrace AppMon monitor and Dynatrace SaaS and Dynatrace Managed monitors.

CA APM

Provides analytics from the CA APM (Application Performance Management) server about monitored Web applications. For more information, see CA APM monitor.

Application Deployment Solutions

Infrastructure Resources
Displays information about network client data points during a scenario run using the Network Client graph. For more information, see Infrastructure Resources monitoring.
Service Virtualization
Measure statistics related to Service Virtualization, per operation and service. For information, see Service Virtualization monitors.

Provides information on metrics collected from resources on the Azure Monitor Application Insights server. For information, see Azure Insights monitor.
