Select troubleshooting for the following User Error codes:

Message Code 83801

LoadRunner Controller cannot load the required number of Vusers on the load generators you have defined.

Troubleshooting

Check that the maximum number of Vusers defined in the scenario (Scenario > Goal Definition), does not exceed the number of Vusers that you are licensed to run. If it does, reduce the number of Vusers defined in the scenario goal.
Check that the maximum number of Vusers defined in the scenario goal (Scenario > Goal Definition) does not exceed the maximum number of Vusers that can be active on the load generator for each Vuser type. To view the maximum number of Vusers set for each Vuser type, select Scenario > Load Generators, click Details, and select the Vuser Limits tab. Increase this number if necessary (provided you have additional licensed Vusers), or reduce the number of Vusers defined in the scenario goal.

Batch size must be greater than zero.

An invalid number of Vusers to be added to a scenario during ramp up was entered in the Ramp Up settings.

Troubleshooting

Enter a valid number of Vusers: In Controller (goal-oriented scenario), select Scenario > Goal Definition, and click the Load Behavior tab. Set the number of Vusers in Step up by x... to a value greater than zero.

Time interval between running batches must be greater than zero.

An invalid time interval between running Vusers during ramp up was entered in the Ramp Up settings.

Troubleshooting

Enter a valid time interval: In Controller (goal-oriented scenario), select Scenario > Goal Definition, and click the Load Behavior tab. Set the time interval in Step up by x... to a value greater than zero.
