Select troubleshooting for the following User Error codes:

Message Code 84203

TD failure: cannot change run status in TestDirector project. The run status remains 'not_completed'.

Unable to update the run status of this scenario due to an internal error in TestDirector.

Troubleshooting

• Check that TestDirector is active. If LoadRunner Professional is currently connected to a TestDirector project, the TestDirector Connection icon is displayed in the status bar.
• Download the run results from TestDirector, and check that all results (except for those in the `Run' status) were uploaded.
• If not all of the results were uploaded, run the scenario again.
