File Errors

This section describes troubleshooting for the following file errors:

File Error - Cannot Save File

Error saving the file.

Troubleshooting

• Check that you have the correct write permissions on the machine.
• Check that you have sufficient disk space available. If necessary, delete unnecessary files in the temporary directory, or choose another drive on which to run the test.
• Check that you entered a valid path for the file.
