Messages 82201 Through 82400

Note: If an error code within the above range does not appear in this list, it is considered an Internal Error, for which no specific user troubleshooting guidelines are available.

Message Code 82201

Error: Summary data dialog was closed by timeout. Some hosts didn't send "StartFastAnalysis" service.

The results summary may be incomplete due to a communication failure with some of the hosts.

Troubleshooting

  • Check that your load generators are available: Open the Load Generators window (Scenario > Load Generators), and check the status of the load generator specified in the Output window error message to see if there is a connection to the host machine. If the host has been disconnected, reconnect and run the scenario again. If connectivity problems persist, refer to Troubleshooting a connectivity problem .

Message Code 82202

The number of available Vuser licenses was exceeded.

Troubleshooting

  • Check your license information to verify the number of Vusers you are licensed to run.
  • Contact customer support if you need to license additional Vusers.

Message Code 82204

Insufficient records in table 'table name' to provide the Vuser with unique data.

The specified table does not have sufficient unique parameter rows.

Troubleshooting

  • Add parameter rows to the unique parameters table: Open your script in VuGen (View Script), and in the tree view, double-click the step using parameterization. Click the table icon to the right of the parameter to view the parameter properties. In the Parameter List dialog box, click Edit and add rows to the file containing the parameter data.

Message Code 82206

Unable to launch resource monitor (error: 'error ID')

Controller failed to load the over the firewall monitor.

Troubleshooting

  • Check that you have correctly configured Controller to monitor over the firewall: In Controller, open the Load Generators dialog box (Scenario > Load Generators), and select the load generator chosen as the MI Listener machine. Click Details and select the Firewall tab. Verify that Enable Firewall is selected, and the MI Listener machine's name appears in the MI Listener field.
  • Check that the machine used to monitor over the firewall is running: open the Load Generators dialog box (Scenario > Load Generators), and click Connect to check the load generator's connection status. If there are connectivity problems, refer to the connectivity troubleshooting.

Message Code 82207

Connection to load generator failed.

Troubleshooting

  • Check the Output window for the error message: Open the Output window (View > Show Output), and click Details to view the full error details. To display the host name, drill down on the Generators column.
  • Try to reconnect to the load generator: Open the Load Generators dialog box (Scenario > Load Generators), and select the load generator specified in the error message. Click Connect to try to reestablish a connection. If the host reconnects, run the scenario again. If there are connectivity problems, refer to the connectivity troubleshooting.

Message Code 82208

Load Generator failed.

Troubleshooting

  • Check the Output window for the error message: Open the Output window (View > Show Output), and click Details to view the full error details. To display the host name, drill down on the Generators column.
  • Try to reconnect to the load generator: Open the Load Generators dialog box (Scenario > Load Generators), and select the load generator specified in the error message. Click Connect to try to reestablish a connection. If the host reconnects, run the scenario again. If there are connectivity problems, refer to the connectivity troubleshooting.

Message Code 82209

Host 'hostname' is not available for additional Vusers due to CPU overload. 'status information'

Troubleshooting

  • Check the machine's memory resources, and close any unnecessary processes running on the machine.
  • Restart your computer.
  • If the problem persists, reduce the number of virtual users that you are running on the same machine.

Message Code 82211

Write failure on machine 'hostname'. Check the available disk space. All Vusers on this machine will stop running.

Troubleshooting

  • Check that you have sufficient disk space available on the host machine.
