Message Code 85204

Could not resolve WAN Emulation settings for Load Generator <LG name>.

The WAN Emulation definitions are not correct, or there is a problem with the WAN Emulation software.

Troubleshooting

  • Check that the load generator's WAN Emulation settings are correct.
  • The total number of excluded IP addresses is limited. This number is the sum of IP addresses excluded in the WAN Emulation software definitions, and the list in Controller Tools > Options > WAN Emulation. For more information about excluding IP addresses, see the section about excluding machines from WAN Emulation in the LoadRunner Professional Help Center.
  • If either of the above two solutions do not solve the problem, consult the relevant 3rd party software documentation.

Message Code 85205

Failed to set WAN Emulation settings for Load Generator <LG name>.

Could not apply the WAN Emulation settings to the load generator after defining them in Controller.

Troubleshooting

  • Try to run the scenario on the load generator without WAN Emulation to determine of the machine has connection problems.
  • If the above solution does not solve the problem, consult the relevant 3rd party software documentation.

Message Code 85206

Error occurred while trying to evaluate WAN Emulation monitors.

The auto assigned monitors did not start automatically.

Troubleshooting

  • Try to manually add the WAN Emulation monitors to the load generator.
  • Use a tool like Perfmon to check if monitors exist on the load generator machine. If they exist, but you cannot see them in Controller, try to add a Windows Resource metric, like CPU, to the load generator.
