Running Mode Error

This section describes troubleshooting for the following error:

Running Mode - Exporting Messages to Log File Mode

Controller is running in "Exporting messages to log file" mode. In this mode, messages are written to the output.txt file in the results directory. To return to Normal mode, change the entry value of the "ExportMessagesToFile" key in wlrun7.ini to "0".

Troubleshooting

• Exit Controller, and check that the wlrun.exe process is down (use Task Manager). Open the wlrun7.ini file and change the entry value of the "ExportMessagesToFile" key to "0". When you restart Controller, it will be in Normal mode
