Tenant management

The Tenant management area allows admin users to manage projects, assets, licenses, schedules, and user access keys. Only users who were granted an admin role for the tenant have access to this area.

To access the Tenant management area, click the Settings button Settings in the banner, and select Tenant management. To return to the main window, click the Back button ←.

    Note:

  • As of 2023.11, the Tenant management option is available by default to all new tenants. If this option is inactive for the tenant admin, submit a service request. After Tenant management has been enabled, it cannot be turned off.

  • After adding new users to a tenant using the MyAccount portal, you must also add them to all projects to which they require access. For details, see Manage users.
