View the dashboard

This section describes the LoadRunner Enterprise dashboard in which you can view and manage your performance test runs or all test runs. The page also displays a list of your last modified entities, and the resources in use.

Open the dashboard

In LoadRunner Enterprise, click Open the navigation toolbar and select Dashboard.

View and manage test run activity

The left pane displays the most recent test run activities.

Use the following actions to view and manage runs displayed in the dashboard.

Action	Description
Filter displayed runs	You can filter the list to display test run activities for all users of the project, or your test run activities only by toggling the All Runs/My Runs button.
View and manage test results	The Finished pane displays the most test runs. The action that you can take when the test run is complete depends on the run state. Collate. Collates results of test runs that have not yet been collated (available for test runs in the Before Collating Results state). Analyze. Analyzes results for the selected test run (available for test runs in the Before Creating Analysis Data state). HTML Report. Opens an HTML version of the Analysis Summary report, which analyzes the data collected during the performance test run (available for test runs in Finished state). View Results. Opens the Dashboard tab of the Results page, enabling you to view performance measurements and results for those resources that were monitored in the test run in offline graphs (available for test runs in Finished state). View running tests	The Running pane displays the currently running tests for all users of the project. Click Show Online or the Run ID link to display a detailed overview of the running performance test and perform all runtime test run actions. For details, see View running tests in the online screen. Click the Test Name link to display the test in the Performance Test Designer.
View scheduled tests	The Scheduled pane displays the tests that are scheduled to run. Click the Test Name link to view details of a scheduled test in the Performance Test Designer. Click the Timeslot Name link to view details of a scheduled timeslot. For details, see Timeslot Details Tabs.

View modified test entities

The Last Modified Entities pane on the right enables you to keep track of changes to performance testing entities. To view details of a modified entry, click the Name link to display the test in the Performance Test Designer.

The following icons indicate the entities that were modified:

- Script (see Scripts)
- Monitor profile (see Monitors)
- LoadRunner Enterprise test (see Design a test)
- Topology (see Topologies)

To filter the list, slide the All/My toggle to display the latest modified entries for all users of the project, or your latest modified entries only.

Track host and project resource usage

The Resources pane on the right enables you to keep track of the host and project performance testing resources in use.

Use the following actions to view host and project resource usage:

Action	Description
View testing hosts	Toggle the Hosts/Project button to Hosts to view the following testing host details: The number of testing hosts grouped by status (Operational, Non Operational, Unavailable). The number testing hosts grouped by state (Running, Idle). The number of load generators provisioned from a cloud provider. For details, see Manage hosts and Provision elastic cloud load generators.
View project resources	Toggle the Hosts/Project button to Project to view the following project settings: Concurrent Runs Limit. The maximum number of concurrent test runs allowed within a project. Hosts Limit. The total number of hosts (Controller + load generators) reserved for a timeslot may not exceed this limit. VUFDs Limit. The maximum number of Virtual User Flex Days (VUFDs) a project can run at once. The total number used by all of the project's concurrent performance tests must not exceed this limit. Vusers Limit. The maximum number of Vusers available to the project. Last Run. The date of the last test run in the project. For details, see View or edit project settings.

View testing hosts

Toggle the Hosts/Project button to Hosts to view the following testing host details:

The number of testing hosts grouped by status (Operational, Non Operational, Unavailable).
The number testing hosts grouped by state (Running, Idle).
The number of load generators provisioned from a cloud provider.

View project resources

Toggle the Hosts/Project button to Project to view the following project settings:

Hosts Limit. The total number of hosts (Controller + load generators) reserved for a timeslot may not exceed this limit.
VUFDs Limit. The maximum number of Virtual User Flex Days (VUFDs) a project can run at once. The total number used by all of the project's concurrent performance tests must not exceed this limit.
Vusers Limit. The maximum number of Vusers available to the project.
Last Run. The date of the last test run in the project.
