VUFDs Overall Usage report

The VUFDs Overall Usage report shows Virtual User Flex Days license usage for all projects over time and information about VUFD usage per day for each project.

To access:

LoadRunner Enterprise
  1. In the top banner, click the module name or the dropdown arrow and select Reports > System Reports.

  2. Expand License Usage, and select VUFDs Overall Usage.

LoadRunner Enterprise Administration

On the LoadRunner Enterprise Administration sidebar, select Reports > License Usage > VUFDs Overall Usage.

UI Elements

Description

Export Reports

To export the report to a PDF file, click the Export Reports to PDF button .

To export the report to a CSV file, click the Export Reports button in the toolbar. The report date range and projects (LoadRunner Enterprise Administration only) are determined according to what was set in the filter and displayed in the report toolbar.

Date Range

Displays the selected date range included in the report.

To select the date range, click Date Range, select the desired date range for the report, and click Apply.

Projects

Displays the selected number of projects included in the report.

To select projects, click Projects, choose which projects to include in the report output, and click Apply. Hosts are shown in the report output only if they were provisioned from one of the selected projects.

VUFDs Usage Over Time

The VUFDs Usage Over Time chart shows Virtual User Flex Days license usage pattern over time for all projects.

VUFDs Overall Usage

The VUFDs Overall Usage grid provides information about Virtual User Flex Days license usage per day for each project.

User interface elements are described below.

Tip: When viewing grids, you can sort a grid according to the values of any column. The arrow in the heading displays whether the column is sorted in ascending or descending order. Click the column heading to reverse the order.

UI Elements

Description

Project

The project name. Deleted projects are also included in the report and are indicated by a red x.

Date

The date for which VUFD usage information is shown.

Allocated

The amount of VUFDs that were allocated to the project at the start of the day.

Consumed

The amount of VUFDs that were consumed during the day.

Remains

The amount of VUFDs that were remaining at the end of the day.

Action

The current state of the VUFDs.

Value

The amount of VUFDs that are in the state indicated in the Action column.

In Use

The number of VUFDs that are currently running.

Pending

The number of VUFDs that are available for running.

User

The user that performed the transaction.

Run ID

The performance test run ID.
