AI analytics management - admin tasks

Available in: ValueEdge

You can enable or disable AI analytics for specific workspaces in a shared space.

Overview

When AI analytics is enabled, data pipelines implemented with AWS, and other internal services, extract the data from an ValueEdge and ALM Octane workspace, transform, and load the data.

All the ValueEdge and ALM Octane data remains in the internal network. Only the data from workspaces where AI analytics is enabled is uploaded to a dedicated service for analysis.

    Note:
  • Initial operations on workspace data may take several days after AI analytics is enabled for the respective workspace. It means that the widget AI insights will be available only when the data is fully uploaded for analysis.

  • Workspace data is extracted from ValueEdge and ALM Octane periodically. It means that new workspace data, as well as any changes or updates to ValueEdge and ALM Octane items, will not be available for analysis immediately.
