Uninstall

This section describes how to uninstall the OpenText Software Delivery Management server.

Linux

1. Query the package name. Run:

   rpm –q octane

2. Uninstall OpenText Software Delivery Management. Run:

   rpm -e <package name>

3. Delete any remaining directories created by the installation.

   The uninstall process does not delete the repository, log, and configuration directories, in case you want to reinstall. Delete them if necessary:

   rm -rf /opt/octane

Windows

Use the uninstall feature from the Windows Control Panel.

The uninstall process does not delete the repository, log, and configuration directories, in case you want to reinstall. Delete them if necessary.
