Using the Request Browser to Search Requests
To browse requests:

On the Open menu, click Demand Management > Request Browser > Browse Requests.
The Browse Requests page opens.

In the Request Type field, enter the request type(s) of the requests you are searching for.
Note: If you selected more than one request type, the Browse Requests page enables only those fields common to all the request types you selected.

Enter information in all of the fields on which you want to base the search.
Note: You can also use the query builder to locate requests to browse. For information about how to do this, see Using the Query Builder to Search Requests.

In the Choose Columns for Request List section, select the available columns to include in the request pages you browse.

Use the up and down arrows to the right of the Selected Columns field to change the display order of the columns.

In the Choose Fields to Group by in Request Browser Tree section, select up to five fields to group by in the Request Browser tree.
Note: You must select at least one field.

Use the up and down arrows to the right of the Selected Fields field to change the display order of the fields.

To save this search, type a name for it in the Save this Preference Set as field.

Click Browse.
