Task 1: Upgrad to Version

  1. If you have not upgraded to version , follow the supported upgrade paths and upgrade your instance from an earlier version to .

    For supported upgrade paths and detailed upgrade instructions, see the Upgrade PPM.

  2. Check whether all your QC integration configurations are listed in the Integration Configurations Summary page.

    1. Log on to as an administrator.

    2. From the menu bar, select Open > Administration > Integrations.

      The Integration Configurations Summary page displays.

    3. QC integration configurations are read-only, with an Upgrade icon available in the right end of the entries.
