Opening the Request Type Workbench

To open the Request Type Workbench:

1. Log on to PPM.

2. On the Open menu, click Administration > Open Workbench.

   The PPM Workbench opens.

3. On the shortcut bar, click Demand Mgmt > Request Types.

   The Request Type Workbench opens.
