Exporting Programs to Microsoft Excel

  1. Open the program to export.

  2. In the upper-right corner of the Program Overview page, click Export to Excel.

  3. Save the exported Excel file.

    The following table illustrate program data exported to different Excel sheets.

    Milestones

    When you click a milestone in the Timeline sheet, you are directed to the Milestone sheet listing all the milestones of the lifecycle entity, with the milestone you clicked selected.

Note: When you click the Export to Excel link in the upper-right corner of the Program Overview page, only the displayed columns in the Content section are exported to Excel, in the order they are displayed. In other words, the Excel file reflects any changes you have made to the columns selected for display and to the column layout.
