Customize interface

You can customize the menu color and change the corporate logo from the Administration Console.

Customize menu color

Available in 23.3 and later versions

You can customize the background color of the menu bar and the alert text from the Administration Console.

To customize the background color of the menu bar and alter text:

  1. In the Administration Console Actions panel, click Administration Task > Theme Color Customization.
  2. To customize the background color of the menu bar:

    1. Click the color box next to the Menu Background Gradient Color Start field to open the color palette.
    2. Select a different color from the color palette or enter a specific color code as the gradient start color.
    3. Click the color box next to the End field.
    4. Select a different color from the color palette or enter a specific color code as the gradient end color.
  3. To customize the background color of the alert text,

    1. Click the color box next to the Alert Text Background Color field, and
    2. Select a different color from the color palette or enter a specific color.

      Note: The alert text background color applies only when you configure to display an alert message by setting a value for the APP_SERVER_ALERT_TEXT parameter. For details, see Server parameters.

  4. Click Save.
  5. Refresh the page to apply the changes.
  6. To revert back to the default background color of the menu bar and alter text, click the Restore to Default button at the top of the page.

Change corporate logo

Available in 23.4 and later versions

You can change the corporate logo that is displayed in the PPM standard interface from the Administration Console.

To change the corporate logo:

  1. In the Administration Console Actions panel, click Administration Task > Theme Customization.
  2. Navigate to the Logo section.
  3. Click the image with a camera icon on it.
  4. Select the image file to be used as the new corporate logo.
  5. Refresh the page to apply the changes.
  6. To revert back to the default logo image, click the Restore to Default button.
