Creating Workflow Parameters

To create a workflow parameter:

  1. Log on to PPM.

  2. On the Open menu, click Administration > Open Workbench.

    The PPM Workbench opens.

  3. On the shortcut bar, click Configuration > Workflows.

  4. Open a workflow.

  5. In the Parameters section of the Workflow tab, click Add.

    The Workflow Parameter window opens.

  6. Provide the following information:

    1. In the Prompt field, type the name of the workflow parameter.

    2. In the Token field, type the token name (for example, LOOP_COUNTER).

    3. In the Description field, you can type a short parameter description.

    4. In the Default Value field, you can specify the initial parameter value.

  7. In the Parameters section of the Workflow tab, click Add.

  8. Click OK.

  9. From the Workflow tab, click OK.
