FM_FORECAST_ACTUAL_PERIOD_SUM
This table stores the sum by monthly period, projected totals and breakdowns by category for each forecast actual. The sums are calculated both synchronously on forecast actual save and by the cost rollup service. In addition, recalculation may be triggered by web services.
The user always edits forecast actual values in financial summary local currency and the conversions with exchange rate applications are done on the fly. All values are stored here for faster retrieval. Values are used by other modules such as cost-based portlets. If the financial summary does not track capitalized costs, all values are considered operational by default. The period of -1 for a forecast actual is used to indicate the grand totals of all the other values. That is also the final projected total for the entity.
