Adding Program References

This section explains how to add attachments, existing packages, new packages, projects, existing requests, new requests, tasks, and URLs as references to a program.

  1. Open the program.
  2. Go to the References tab.

  3. From the Add drop-down list, select the reference type you want to add.

  4. Click Add.

    • Search for an existing entity to add, or
    • Create a new entity to add.

  5. The references are added and grouped by attachments, packages, projects, requests, tasks, and URLs.

    Requests displayed in the References tab include:

    • All the new requests and existing requests you added as references in the References tab.

    • Program issues and program risks submitted against the program.

    Note: Program-level project issues and risks created from the menu Create > Project Issue and Create > Project Risk are not displayed in the References tab.
