Edit work plan display preferences

This section describes how to change the work plan display as you prefer. The preferences are saved per work plan per user.

Setting number of tasks displayed per page

The work plan Quick view displays all the tasks in a single page. It loads data as you scroll down the page. The other views display a set number of tasks at a time, referred to as a "page". You can navigate between pages in a large work plan using the Prev and Next buttons or by specifying a task number in Seq # and click Go.

To adjust the number of tasks displayed per work plan page:

  1. From the main menu, select Open > Administration > Edit My Profile.
  2. In the Project Work Plan Preferences section, select an option or type your own value.

The option values depend on how your system administrator set the corresponding parameters. For details, see See the Project Management Configuration Guide.

  3. Click Save or Done.
