Defining Contacts

Contacts are resources that Demand Management entities (such as requests) use as reference points or information sources. For information about how to configure contacts, see Configuring Contacts.

For each contact you plan to configure, collect the following information:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Username

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Company

Is the contact enabled?

Disabled contacts are unusable.

 

Is the contact a PPM user?

The Username field is an auto-complete list for selecting PPM users. if the contact is not a PPM user, leave the field empty.
