KCRT_FG_SLA_INT

The KCRT_FG_SLA_INT interface table stores validation information, for each request, that is related to the Demand Management SLA Fields field group.

This value should be the same as the parent's GROUP_ID in KCRT_REQUEST_INT.

TRANSACTION_ID

Uniquely identifies each transaction.

PARENT_TRANSACTION_ID

Provides the transaction ID (from KCRT_REQUESTS_INT) of the parent table being imported.

REQUEST_ID

Identifies the request.

This is normally left blank and is derived from the KCRT_REQUESTS_S sequence.

REQUEST_TYPE_ID

Identifies the request type.

This is normally left blank and is derived from REQUEST_TYPE_NAME.

Indicates the date that the service was requested.

SLA_LEVEL_CODE

If both SLA_LEVEL_CODE and SLA_LEVEL data types are specified, PPM uses the value specified in SLA_LEVEL.
