Configure report type ownership

Use the Ownership tab to define users who can edit, copy, or delete the report type.

To configure the ownership for a report type:

  1. Open the Ownership tab of the report type.
  2. In the Give ability to edit this Report Type to field, select the users who can copy, edit, or delete this report type. Options include:

    • All users with the Edit Report Types Access Grant. All users with the Edit Report Type access grant can copy, edit, or delete the report type.

    • Only Groups listed below that have the Edit Report Types Access Grant. Limits the users to members of the group listed in the pane below this field. Use the Add and Remove buttons to manage this list.

  3. Click OK.
